Add all of the main ingredients except the almond milk to a blender or food processor. Start with a half of cup of almond milk and blend, add additional milk until you get the desired consistency. You want the consistency of frozen yogurt, it should be thicker than a smoothie.
Pour the blended mixture into bowl(s), add toppings and enjoy!

You can freeze leftovers in containers, they hold up well for several days.
